So many companies out there today offer nothing but pre-designed template websites that just don't give you the feel of the website being your own. We design all of our websites from scratch giving your site the unique - built to your specifications - look that your business deserves.

We will personally work with you during every aspect of your site creation. Whether it be color schemes, fonts, images, or page layout, you have complete control!

During the creation stage of your website, we will continuously post your website to our servers allowing you to view the pages without going 'live'. This lets you see what the customer will see and allows you to make any neccessary changes along the way.

Domain Name Registration

One of the first steps to getting your website on the internet is to secure a domain name. This is the name of your website that customers will type in when viewing your site. In most cases, the site name can be the actual name of your business. For example, Fred's Pet Care could obtain the website www.fredspetcare.com. However, it is very possible that your name is already taken and then you must decide on a name. It's best to find a site name that not only compliments your business, but one that is preferrably short and easy to remember for customers. Fred's Pet Care could try to obtain the name fredspets.com or petcarebyfred.com or FPC.com. Choosing your domain name is entirely up to you. I can help you pick and name and I can also help you secure that name through a domain name registration company.

Website Hosting

Although I do not personally host your website, I can arrange for your website to be hosted by a reliable hosting company. These companies offer many packages and I can help you chose the right package for your website.

Website Maintenance

Once your site is complete and 'live', you will undoubtedly need periodic maintenance of your website. If you have to tools and capabilities, you can chose to make the updates yourself, or I can take care of them for you. My maintenance fees are very reliable and can be billed on a monthly or quartly basis (depending on amount of maintenance performed).

Search Engine Submittal

Creating an appealing and attractive website is only the beginning. If no one knows that your website exists, it's unlikely you will benefit from the site. Many companies offer services that will submit your website to numerous search engines such as Google, Yahoo, and MSN. The fees for this service can range from a one time fee of $30 to $50/month, depending on the level of submittals you require. Not only is submitting your website to search engines vital to the success of your website, there are additioanal, just as important, steps that must be taken when creating a website. The text in your website is very important. The more your home page contains text relating to your business, the better chance you have of your website appearing higher on search engine list. There are also 'behind the scenes' text that will help. These are called META tags. Using the correct and correct amount of KEYWORDS is vital to the submittal process. I can help you create a list of keywords and a DESCRIPTION in the META tags that will increase the probability of your site appearing at the top of a search engine list.
